EIDL Loan - Finially recieved word today from SBA

SBA sent me an email to create an online account regarding the EIDL loan I applied for months ago. Until now, I had not heard anything other than getting a random $1,000 deposited into my account. My loan approval amount is small (sub 50k), but I want to ensure using it properly.

 What are the best resources you have found that define what the money can be spent on as a real estate investor?
