Financing rental properties in an LLC
Hi everyone,
I buy my real estate into an LLC. I am doing my first purchase with financing now but I have two rentals (one now and one under construction) that I need to cash out refi soon. I found a lender that will lend at 30 year term (oddly its a 15/1 hybrid arm... New product type for me and I trade mortgages for a living).
Ideally I'm looking for 30 yr fixed but most lenders I speak to direct lending through their commercial lending group when a LLC is involved. The lender I do have limits loans they can't sell to Fannie/Freddie to 2 loans.
Does anyone know a lender in the Pittsburgh area that will lend to an LLC at 30yr fixed. I'm in the Pittsburgh area.
