Hi BP Community!

What are the top important questions to ask when looking for the right lender? Current location is Modesto California I have a 280$ car payment as far as debt currently. Work a full time job at Gallo Glass ,gross about 54k a year. Credit score is 715-718 looking to find a SFH/MFH to invest or Brrr. Newbie investor. What lenders should I be looking for? Any advise from the wise are all appreciated thanks you in advance BP Family!
