Newbie financing unusual circumstance
We are just getting started and ready to look at properties. We want at least three in the next year.
We have enough capital to buy two outright but we want to conserve that if we can.
Banks want nothing to do with us as we don’t have “jobs”. How do we leverage at least one of the properties.
We are in a market where renters compete to get into a house.
