What does raising capital (or) money look like?
I’m looking to do my first deal. I have made friends with a local real estate agent that is giving me a ton of side work and is very helpful and supportive of me becoming an investor. I hear all y’all talk about working on raising capital, so my question is, what does that look like and where do I start?
