Mortgage Lender for 1099 Contractors

I have a multiple clients and friends that are 1099 contractors.  Some have the two years on self employed tax returns that most lenders require.  I have some that have less than two years being self employed.  I wanted to know if anyone knew of any lenders that have programs for situations like this.
