Lenders in the Tampa area

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone has had an excellent weekend despite the current crisis. Does anyone know any good lenders in the Tampa area? My daughter has her heart set on purchasing a condo for around 75k. I would much rather see her purchase a SFH, but she is stubborn lol so I want to help her as best as I can. Any suggestions or can someone at least point me in the right direction as I'm not too familiar with this area. Thank you all in advance.

Is she going to live in the property? If so contact a local bank. Most important is she still working.  That will be the most important thing to qualify for a loan. Best of luck.
