Do we qualify for SBA 7a loans now?

Does anyone know if us real real estate investors can qualify for SBA 7a loans now? In the past we were a disqualified industry.

I know we can get the 10k disaster grant/loan or payroll protection loan but I'm referring to a full doc loan where the SBA guarantees to the lender 85% of the principal of the loan.

Does anyone know anything about that?
