HELOC on multi family property - seeking lender

Hello,

I am looking to take out a Heloc out on my muli family property (owner occupied Duplex). I've reached out to a few credit unions but they do not offer Helocs on MF property. I am looking to do 80-90% LTV, I would like to get some advise from you guys on different lenders and current terms (repayment plans, interest rates, etc). Does anyone have a good lender they can recommend or any bank that's local in Jacksonville, FL that you have experience with that is willing to work with multi family properties.
