Finding lender for deal in Tampa

I have a few deals I have found in Tampa, however, the biggest issue I’m having is finding a lender wanting to lend. I know that a lot of lenders are holding out due to the outbreak, but are there lenders out there looking to help close some deals?

@Mark Gutierrez - it's much more helpful if you give some indication of what type of lender you seek. A bank? Hard money? Guy around the corner named Vincent? Light details about the deal couldn't hurt either.
