Double house on 1 lot..

Good evening BP, I found a property that has two houses on the lot. The numbers did make sense really well at 10% under asking price and at asking price. After driving by it today I realize it will need to be a brrr. My question is does anyone know of a bank/lender that would do a deal with two houses on one lot? My broker says she doesn’t work with any banks that would because of no comps for it.

Thank you!
