Is it a good time to refinance?

Refinanced last August 2019 with 3.875% APR FHA loan in San Bernardino, CA with FICO score 794. Property will be owned for 2 years this November and thinking of going Conventional after that. Should I refinance for a lower APR right now or wait till I can go Conventional.
