Portfolio loan refinance

So I purchased a portfolio of properties in the Memphis area with a fixed 30 year rate about a year ago. I am looking to refinance but some of the properties are under the golden 50k price tag that many lenders use.

Does anyone have suggestions on a company that will take in this portfolio? It is a total of 21 properties.

Thanks for any suggestions or help anyone can provide.
