Local Cash Out Refi Firm-Near Philadelphia
Hello, I’m looking to take the leap to finance my first multi family deal. I have 3 SF rentals with good equity and I’d like to pull some cash out to fund my first multi purchase. I’m near Philadelphia but not sure if I should try to stay local with a lender or are there better options out there. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
