Interest rate reduction for loan being underwritten
Hello,
If the mortgage refinance loan is approved and is with the underwriter, can you still go back to renegotiate the rates if the rates have gone down, especially if there was no rate lock placed when the process started about 9-10 days ago?
Thanks in advance for your response.
