Does anyone know the current interest rates for a multiunit? thanks

Hi @Mike Smith, welcome to the Bigger Pockets Community!  

That’s a tough question to answer simply, as there are many factors that come into play.  You’d be looking at something between 3%-30% interest, 10%-40% down, and 7-30 year amortization.  

What I would recommend is this:  if you have specifics in mind that you’d like to know about, update this question with them and the BP community will give you some awesome info!  Otherwise, I hope my general information above is useful to you :)
