Will interest rates continue to drop or are we at the bottom?

Since I've been investing, interest rates are at the lowest I've seen for investment properties, .  I'm ready to refi and pull some cash.  You think now is the right time or should I wait longer to see if they continue to go down.  What's the bottom going to be?

You can never be sure about which way interest rates are going to move. It would seem we have a little more room to fall, but there is certainly no guarantee. If it were me, and I could get some significant cash out or reduced rate, I would do it now. A bird in the hand... If you have multiple properties, you could always split the difference and just do some.
