can i still get a loan?
hey all. i have a paid off rental property in orlando FL. the property is in a land trust, my dad being the trustee and me being the beneficiary. i want to possibly refinance or get a HELOC to purchase another property to "BRRRR". i'm 19 with "good" credit but i don't work on the books nor does my father. is it still possible to refinance or get a HELOC?
