Loan funding advice

My mother in law brother is selling me his home I will be giving him my mobile home and 20 cash but need a loan and need property. I found a lot for 15k

(But do need to move the home to a property;

Deal was I’d move his out and the mobile home in for him for him to live in.)

P.P=41k (loan amount)

Rehab:0

(Just moving homes fees would be about 6k with utilities connected)

FYI:home itself is appraised at 80k paperwork proof of appraisal in 2016

Please I need help for 42k funding what kind of loan should I apply for or any private lenders?.
