Hard Money loans with bad credit

Posted

Hello,

I'm very new to this but would like to try to find some more information. I am someone who has bad credit (unfortunately) but I would like to try and get into flipping houses in Central Oregon. I'm a general contractor, so I could do most of the work myself, which would cut down on costs considerably. The problem that I'm running into is that I simply do not have the funds necessary to get the ball rolling and am in need of someone, be it a private investor or otherwise, to invest in my project. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
