Hello,

I live in Austin, TX and am trying to do a HELOC on an investment property in Chicago. I'm having a very difficult time finding a bank/credit union that can help let alone know what they're talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Nate Efner try posting in the Illinois state forum.  Should be some good locals that monitor that forum and should be able to get some good advice there.  Just a thought.
