Hard Money - rehab loan where I am doing the work not Contractor

I have a four Plex that I am trying to complete a remodel on. I’ve owned it for a few years. I have an existing loan for 88,000 the after repair value is approximately 280,000. The catch is I’d like to do the work myself-without a general contractor. Does anyone know of any private money that will fund this?

How much is the work?  Is this an investment property?  How long will it take to do the work?
