Family Opportunity mortgage loan

Has anyone experienced with Family Opportunity mortgage loan? Seeking a loan for multi-family property in New York. Will a jumbo loan qualify?

Can you clarify what you're after exactly? 

There is no specific program from Fannie/Freddie/FHA/etc under that name, but individual institutions can package things together and give them names, for example I found a confluence of guidelines allowing me to do fun things for people behind on their payments who have fam fam with good credit/income but no down payment, and willy nilly called it the "Family Bailout Opportunity Mortgage" (F-BOM, as in "wait, you can do that? F...!"), but you will not find that referenced in any Agency guidelines.
