Private Lenders / Hard Money Lenders Based in Iowa

Does anyone know of any private lenders or HML's that are based out of Iowa? More specifically, the Des Moines area? I have found that most are located outside of the state and loan in IA. I am not looking for funding; I am interested in learning more about the specific documents used when making HML's and any checklists used when vetting a borrower/deal?
