What lender to use for Mobile Homes with no land

I have an opportunity to buy 12 Mobile Homes, but they don’t come with the land. I’d have to pay the lot rent.

What kind of lender would I use to acquire the set of mobile Homes but doesn’t have any land to attach a lien to?
