Hello All, Anybody in Sarasota or surrounding areas know of any portfolio lenders? I'm looking to refinance a rental property and the couple banks that are willing to lend on a rental are really stingy with the LTV. I'm not real interested in BRRRR-ing at 60% LTV. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys and gals.
