Best/Favorite refi lender in WA?

Hello!
Looking to do a refi, and wondering who you all like for WA.

Tried Quicken but was appalled at their sales (or lack of) skills and thought "if this is how bad it is for the part 1, it could be even worse later on!" (They immediately were asking to run my credit with zero explanation of why I should even think about going with them.)
