I Want to do the FHA Loan process. What fixed would you guys recommend ? I know certain number varies ; especially depending on how much a person wants to pay a month.

30 year would be my recommendation. Better cash flow and you have the flexibility to add more towards your monthly payment if you want or if you need to accelerate paying off the mortgage. You retain the choice/option vs locking yourself into a 15 year, and the bank dictates that you pay them that payment regardless of what you may go through... loss of job, medical, etc.

That said it really is up to you and your specific situation.
