Hi BP, I'm looking for advice/sources to acquire funding needed to complete rehab on a property I currently own in the Phila PA area. The rehab budget is under $75k but I'm sure I will not be able to obtain a traditional loan from the bank.

Any suggestions, help or sources is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
