Looking for a 20% down loa on 4 plex in Las Vegas

hello All,

My name is Terry Imus, I own 2 SFR's in Las Vegas (Green Valley area) and am working on getting into the multi family game. We found something were interested in around the low $300K range. Im looking for help on finding companies that will do a 20% down conventional 30 year with us. I know its usually 25% and am seeing if anybody had some advise?
