90- day Forbearance to those impacted by Sandy in Tristate area

This may be helpful to those impacted by Sandy. I have found that all mortgage companies are agreeing to enter into a 90 day forbearance program for those impacted by hurricane Sandy.

Simply call your Mortgage company and explain to them that you have been impacted by hurricane sandy.

While the payments are not forgiven simply deferred to allow you to catch up with your finances. During this time there will be no late fees and or credit reporting to the credit repoitories.

This can be helpful for those who need funds due to Sandy expenses..

hope this helps someone!

Chris
