Compiling list of lender leads in Kansas City

Hey everyone! First post and big newbie here. I’m putting together a call list for lenders in my area that I’ll be contacting in the coming weeks.

I have yet to complete my first deal and am looking for SFRs or small multi family properties under $100K to buy and hold in the Kansas City area. Not looking to do flips or BRRRR at this point. I would also like to stay local with my borrowing.

For those of you who have specifically worked in this area, who are some lenders you have been able to work with well? Looking to get some hotter leads on my list than cold-calling the Google list 100% of the way through.

For those of you who have not invested in this area, are there helpful resources for investment lenders that I could check out?
