Hello,

I'm interested in getting some recommendations and learn about the SBA 7(a) program for carwash(business plus real estate). I'm wondering if anybody has done that? It seems to be a good fit for carwash with higher LTV from my research but I want to learn directly from experienced business owner/investor's opinions. Thank you,
