Property Seasoning Period

Hello bigger pockets community. I had a question for anyone in the Clarksville TN area. What banks don’t have seasoning periods? I have talked with a few banks in the area and the seasoning periods were around 6 months. I am looking for something with minimal thresholds if this exists with any of the local banks.
