Property Seasoning Period

Hello bigger pockets community. I had a question for anyone in the Clarksville TN area. What banks don’t have seasoning periods? I have talked with a few banks in the area and the seasoning periods were around 6 months. I am looking for something with minimal thresholds if this exists with any of the local banks.

@Zack Caracciolo what if a bank doesn't have seasoning but is not in the area?  Would you be open to something like that?  Generally speaking most banks aren't very flexible with investors.  So we normally have to rely on other investor recommendations to find solutions to what we need.

By chance, were you needing a quicker seasoning period because you purchased a property with cash?
