Hi all, My name is Ron.  I"m a investor in Chicago with 5 cash-flowing properties in my portfolio. Some I own flat out, some I owe extremely small mortgages as it compares to there value. I've been bang my head trying to get some traction on refinancing my 6 unit commercial building.  If you can seriously help, please reach out.
