Cash Out Refi for an LLC financing:

We are buying a home in SC for $42k, we plan to put about $30k into it and want to then refinance to a 30 year under our LLC. The ARV will be $115-$125k. We would just want a loan for about $75k. Can anyone recommend someone? We also don't want to have to wait 6 months to a year as we want to start scaling up and buy 3-6 of these a year. Thank you

@Dan Rivers if you know what loan type you need but just need it in your state I would suggest posting in the state forums here on Bigger Pockets. Now, assuming the state is South Carolina...well, it might not be as active as some other states so we may need another strategy. Do any Real Estate Investment groups meet in your area? The other alternative is just to call around. Start with super small lenders first. If they have 1 location and you've never heard of them....that's the ones to call.

Also, is the LLC thing absolutely necessary? Meaning, if you personally signed for the loan and got a better rate, would you be willing to entertain that?
