First Commercial loan Help needed.
Hello everyone, i was able to get a shopping center commercial property under contract for 1.9m and was wondering if someone could give me some light and explain to me the differences between the loan options i have.
Stuck between doing a SBA loan or a Conventional loan?
I know the SBA requieres lower down payment and higher cost for the loan and the Conventional is cheaper but requieres a higher down payment.
So which way should i go, save my liquid cash that i do have (25%down) and reinvest it somewhere else and go with the SBA loan (13% down).
Property cash flows good with national tenants and i actually own a business as a tenant in the building for the past 7 years which made me more eager to purchase this shopping center.
Thanks in advance, please let me know if i missed anything or would like to ask any questions.
