How soon can I qualify for an FHA after refinancing current FHA?
Hi guys,
My primary residence now is in FHA, and I was thinking of selling it or refinancing it.
How soon can I qualify for another FHA after refi/sinning current FHA?
If I want to get a primary residence rate on an new FHA, dont I need to wait at least 6 months or may be a year? Are there any rules on that?
