Looking for advice on private lenders.

Posted

Hello,

I have a house and an apartment in Argentina that I’ve inherited and then remodeled. Both properties are working very well. The house has a permanent tenant since 2012 and the apartment has been generating good income through Airbnb and Tripadvisor since 2015.

Because I already have some experience in this business and I live permanently in Hollywood, Florida, I’m looking for properties to do house hacking here or around this area.

It’s been difficult for me to get a regular loan to buy a duplex or triplex or fourplex. I’m a singer-songwriter, and even though I have been making a living from music for more than 25 years, I don't have pay roll checks and my tax returns are a little bit low because of the nature of my income.

Any suggestions to find alternative kind of lenders?

Thank you.

Carlos
