Do Banks Do 30 Year Home Equity Loans?

Hello,

Do banks do 30 year home equity loans?  If so, is it rare or common?  And if so, is it more common for local or national banks to offer a 30 year term?

Thanks!

@William Coet A "Home Equity Line of Credit", which would be on your primary home, would be a little different than a "Line of Credit" that you would get on investment property.  Most of these products thought are usually contain a variable interest rate and might be amortized over 30 years (meaning, the payments are structured on a 30 year payment) but they usually mature at a 10 year mark....meaning, they change into another loan product all together. Anyway, I hope this helps in some way.
