Looking for private money for single family rehabs in Arkansas

Any advice on finding private investors/equity investors. We own a construction company and have several ties in several counties in Arkansas. We’re looking for someone to back us, we do the work and share in the end profit.

We found private money lenders by networking and marketing. In the process, some current friends even stepped up to say they'd like to back us. If you include that piece when talking about your business, friend will get the message. We renovate properties helping homeowners sell their houses fast, helping new families buy their first home, increasing home values in the neighborhood in the same process, and providing a better ROI for folks with liquid assets.
