Which property should I offset against?

I have two investment properties. I have approx 200k in cash to offset. Which property should I offset against? Or should I split it?

Here are the details:

Property 1: 3.59%, interest only, 237k loan balance.

Property 2: 3.39%, Principal + Interest, 400k loan balance.
