Refinancing a deeded rental property in my name
I have been deeded a property that belonged to my dad when he died via the courts. I want to refinance the property under my name and get a better/lower rate. The current bank (Carrington) has been giving me issues for years. I think I have built up equity but not sure how to calculate it. Can anyone in this forum point me in the right direction? any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
