Hi BP people!

I have a question to shoot at you smart minding people. I currently own a small duplex in NJ and I’m right now looking at properties in Florida. I have found a nice property that later a could possibly add a cottage unit later. Im looking at the conventional loan process for it and i just want to know what i should except because I already have one property in another state. I will be considering the florida property as my main property.
