Are there real estate lenders for investment properties that offer Personal Loans so that buyers can afford the down payments to purchase the investment property? When I say this, I do not mean a VA Loan or FHA Loan and nor do I mean online lenders like LendingClub.com, Prosper.com, Upstart.com, BestEgg.com, etc...
