I'm looking to get a LOC on some properties that I owned free and clear for about 3 years now. When getting your LOC on your properties. Do you guys use the bigger pocket calculator and past the pdf to the banker? If so which one is best for a LOC?

Which report did you use? Rental Property Calculator, fix and flip, or BRRRR.
