Getting a line of credit with assets / credit but no job in USA

I have a special situation here but hope I can get some assistance.

I am a dual citizen in USA and Canada (full time resident of Canada currently).

I have rental property in Canada and a residence.

I also have a house paid off aprox worth 200k in central Florida and 3 parcels of land (worth about 12k) and a credit score on my ssn of 720-740.

I'm trying to figure out how I can use my U.S.properties as leverage to get a line of credit but I don't work in the USA or file taxes at all in the USA only Canada.

Plan is to BRRRR in the USA in different states but want help with financing.

Anybody know if this is possible? Or anybody whom can assist ? Not sure if I need a broker in Florida or if it matters but is there a way?
