Real Estate Investors Gear Up for New Wave of Foreclosure Inventory

Experts announced this weekend a new release of inventory is set for August 2012 from several large banks in the U.S. This is good news for all home buyers, not just real estate investors, due to shortages of inventory in some markets in past months. Although the banks plan to trickle the inventory slowly, anything is better than nothing.

But is this just another rumor from so-called “experts?” Does anyone really have an inside track to know the plans of banks with regard to inventory? Please share your opinion.
