Mortgage for Overseas Investor

I'm a Canadian living in Asia, and I'm interested in investing in some multi-family properties in Wisconsin. I'm currently eligible to get 60% LTV financing through my bank (HSBC), but am looking for higher LTV options in order to make the numbers work better for some projects. These properties would be for investment purposes, I do not have any sort of employment visa for the US nor am I a green card holder. I've been trying to search for various options online and was wondering if there are any non-bank lenders or non-conventional mortgage companies that I could contact.
